RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love shopping at EVCLA! Purchasing and sometimes returning items online should not be complicated.  We have a 30 day return/exchange policy.

We want to ensure your shopping experience with us is as easy as possible.

  • Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
  • Please contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item.  We are happy to exchange any item that meets these criteria.
EXCHANGES:
  • We currently do not support exchanges. If you like to exchange a product please return your current items free of charge and purchase new items from www.evcla.com
RETURNS:
  • While returns are sometimes unavoidable, please note that they must be postmarked within seven days of receiving your return label.  Any item returned after seven days will not qualify for a refund.
  • Items sent back to us without a “Return Request” will not be accepted.

Return Portal

REFUNDS:
  • If you would like a refund, please fill out the refund request and let us know why you’d like a refund. It’s ok; it happens. 
  • Once we’ve received tracking info for your return, the charge will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
  • Please note, initial shipping costs are not included in the refund.

Start a return with our Return Portal

Input your order # (xxxx) and the email used on the order! Follow the prompts and it'll give you all the return options. Once we recieve and approve the request we will notify you with return information.

Once returned items have been received, it can take up to two weeks for the item to get processed. However, we work quickly and will process all returns as soon as possible.

**Please note that due to various logistical challenges we are currently facing here in Los Angeles due to rolling shutdowns we may experience delays in getting your return processed.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of $75 or more before tax and shipping. 

All orders ship from our sunny, So. Cal warehouse within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If, for any reason, you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within three business days, do not worry. Please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it and update you as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note international orders are subject to duties and fees imposed by local tax authorities. `

Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be levied upon delivery.  Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times.  We cannot create international return labels, so return shipping is the international customer's responsibility.

We will provide tracking info for your order. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please Contact Us with your name and order number.  We will look into it and update you as soon as possible.
